1. Apply an eyehsadow base on your eyelid.Apply black eyelier on the outer end of the upper lashline and your lower waterline.Draw a line along your lashline with a light blue eyeshadow and continue on below the eye.Cover your eyelid with a light green eyeshadow up until the inner corner of the eye and to the inner half of the area below the eye.Blend the colors with a brush.Apply a caramel color just below the brow bone.Apply a little white eyeliner below the eye for a lighter look.
