1)Start by lining your eye with eyeliner so that you create an excellent drama cat eye. Mally Roncal explains how to do this: start in the inner corner of your eyes and slowly move the liner outwards while elevating it a bit in the process. This way you will make your eyes look lively and gorgeous.
2)Then, move to the bottom of your eyes. Mally Roncal suggests using a liner in dark chocolate hues for best results. She explains that you need to rub the liner on your hand and they apply it under your eyes with a special eyeliner brush.
