You can use foundation to prime your lips, just a tiny amount.Next step is to line your lips with the bright lip crayon. Making a pouting face will be easier to do it. After outlining them, continue filling your lips just a little bit more. Afterwards comes the ombre effect – take the other crayon in a not as bright color, and fully fill your lips in the center.
