The things you’ll need are water, tweezers, nail decals, top coat and a nail polish of your choice.First, paint your nails with the nail polish and wait for them to dry. Then, dunk the decal in the water and apply it on the nail with the tweezers. Apply top coat and you’re done! You have amazing nails without having to spend hours trying to make the designs perfect!
