How to Line Your Lower Lash Line!

First, run an ear-pick through your lower lash line so you dry it a bit. If your lower lash line is wet the eye pencil will smudge. Then, using a waterproof eye pencil, starting from the middle, line your lash line without going too far. Then, take another ear-pick and clean the are beneath your lash line so there is pencil only on it. And that’s it!
