I’m sure that every woman between puberty and menopause has her personal and private (at some occasions not so private) Hulk week. I call it Hulk week, because when the PMS strikes, you turn into angry, depressed, sad, painful, even sometimes green creature – exactly like Hulk. The pain is the worst. Some women experience extremely bad PMS symptoms, which can lead to hospital visitation and strong medical painkillers.
Unfortunately, the symptoms of PMS may get worse with age and stress. And what are the symptoms themselves?
Emotional:
- Tension or anxiety
- Depressive moods
- Crying moments
- Huge range of mood changes
- Appetite changes
- Some level of insomnia
- Poor concentration
Physical:
- Muscle pain
- Headache
- Fatigue
- Swell and bubble feeling
- Stomach ache
- Breasts ache
- Acne
- Constipation or diarrhea
As you can easily see, there are a lot to complain about when we are in the Hulk week, and it is absolutely normal to look and act like Hulk with all those nasty symptoms. In addition, imagine this – there are girls who experience them all at once.
